I took off for NJ to pick up my niece and nephew so they can spend a week in beautiful NH with us. That, of course, did not stop construction - Rick continued on with help from Mike. Mike even took some pictures to keep up.
When I got home the floor framing was complete. Next the walls needed the framing completed for a inspection of framing. That means windows and doors need to be put in as well.

July 25, 2004 So if your gonna frame in the doors and windows, guess that means ya gotta have, doors and windows. So I guess that means back to Home Depot. Did Kelly and TJ really come up from NJ to stay with me and go to Home Depot as a treat?
The other question that goes a begging is, how are we going to get the doors and windows home from HD?
Mark gives instructions, Tom is supervising and Rick is listening - hey, how come he doesn't listen to me? I need to get mark to show me how he does that!
Why look! It's Mark and his new truck! What a guy, he met us at Home Depot and brought the stuff back to the studio. Not only that he helped Rick put in the doors. Looks like I owe Mark big time! Even got our nephew Tom in on the project - bet he's glad he came to visit!
The doors look mighty nice - how about those windows now?
