| Oil painting is a great challenge and a great pleasure all at the same time. Landscape painting is my favorite. Capturing the beauty of a mountain, a river or a vista in various lights and seasons makes it a new adventures everytime I put my brush to canvas. While I do not strive for perfection in my representation I do want to show you the beauty that I see around me as I paint landscapes. Another favorite of mine is painting florals. Oil paintings of flowers are a way to preserve the beauty of the fragile blossoms. Also take a look at a new series of paintings I've started - Downtown Our Town. | ||
